Renovation, this is the ‘general maintenance’ of the window, excess/loose paint removal, reinstating missing putty, clean up glass lines, new cords, balancing the sashes, glazing, replacement sashes, sills. (Expectations Including Draught proofing)

We use a brush draught sealing system, this is carried in the replacement parting bead, baton rods and routered into the bottom sash to complete the seal of the window.
